I’m a Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) Yang stylist in the lineage of Zheng Man
Qing (Cheng Man Ching).

Although I don’t believe Taijiquan is limited to styles. Once one
understands the essence, energy and spirit, all styles are free from
boundaries.

I put these vids on YouTube as an inspiring introduction, showing several
possibilities of Taijiquan for wellness and self defense.

Although there are many instructional videos (not on my YouTube channel)
it is not possible to learn Taijiquan from a video correctly. Find a good
teacher near you.
